The grilled dishes, which vary by season, feature nothing but the luxurious ingredients unique to Hokkaido, a true treasure trove of produce. Additionally, our signature steak is made with “Shiraoi Beef,” a Hokkaido-bred Japanese Black cattle. Born and raised in Shiraoi Town, nestled between the Pacific Ocean and the mountains of Shikotsu-Toya National Park, “Shiraoi Beef” is raised with care, benefiting from nature’s bounty—including pristine water and a mild climate.
