About the Cancellation Policy
For regular reservations, 100% will be charged if we do not receive a notice on the day of your reservation.
Additionally, if you are 30 minutes late for your reservation without contacting us, your reservation may be automatically canceled.

For customers who have made a reservation with a prepayment plan, 100% will be charged from the time the reservation is completed.
