※ On weekdays, reservations can be made for Sessions 2 and 3; on weekends and holidays, for Sessions 1–3.
※ Maximum stay time is 150 minutes (unlimited drinks for 120 minutes; drink service ends 30 minutes prior to each session’s end).

■ Reservations
・ For adult guests, unlimited drinks are included in all plans by default.
※ It is not possible to mix different types of unlimited drink packages when making a reservation.
・ If there are middle school students, individuals under 20 years of age, pregnant guests, or drivers among your party, it is possible to switch to an unlimited soft drinks package instead. Please specify the number of people and reason in the remarks section. We will make the change after receiving your reservation.
・ Guests aged 6 and above must select a plan upon booking.
・ Individual menu items cannot be ordered separately; please be sure to choose a plan.
・ Reservations can be made until 18:00 the day prior. Until 12:00 the same day, reservations can be made online; thereafter, please contact us by phone until 18:00.

■ Seating Arrangements
■ Seats & Booths
・ Shade tents (low tables & low chairs): 14 booths, each seating up to 6 people.
※ Each booth is designed for approximately 6 adults.
※ Groups of 7 or more require 2 booths; groups of 15 or more require 3 booths. The required number of booths varies based on group size.
※ During peak times, seating arrangements may be adjusted at our discretion; please understand this in advance.
※ If you wish to add more guests but all booths are fully booked, we cannot accommodate the additional guests. Please note this as well.
Seat locations cannot be specified; kindly understand this in advance.

■ Outside Food & Drinks
・ For hygiene reasons, bringing in food or ingredients is strictly prohibited.

■ Cancellation Policy
　No cancellation fee applies if canceled 4 days in advance.
　From 3 days prior, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
　Cancellations on the day before or on the day of the event incur a 100% fee.
※ In the event of a typhoon, no cancellation fee applies if canceled 2 days in advance.

※ For private events, regardless of the selected plan, a 50% cancellation fee applies starting 13 days prior to the event; a 100% fee applies starting 5 days prior.
※ Date changes or reductions in total number of guests also fall under this cancellation policy.

■ Closure Due to Bad Weather (Strong Winds, etc.)
・ Due to safety concerns related to adverse weather conditions, BBQ operations may be suspended.
・ Should weather deteriorate after guests have arrived and operations are subsequently suspended, no refunds will be issued for any fees paid, including usage charges.
・ In such cases, we ask that you reschedule your visit.
(In cases of closure, a deposit is collected in advance and deducted from future bookings.)
