▶ If we are unable to reach you 15 minutes after your reserved time, we may have to cancel your reservation. Therefore, please be sure to contact us if you’re running late.
▶ Cancellations on the day of the reservation are strictly prohibited.

For cancellations or changes in the number of guests on the day of the reservation, you will be charged the full price of the selected course.
・Same day: 100% / Day before: 50%

▶ Regarding children’s admission:
Only middle school students and above who can order the same course as adults may make a reservation. Please include them in the total number of adults when booking.

※ The use of perfumes or hair products with strong scents is prohibited. We reserve the right to deny entry in such cases, so please understand in advance.
