●If we are unable to contact you 15 minutes after your reservation time, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.

For cancellations and changes in the number of people, the following cancellation fees will be charged, calculated from the date and time of your visit.


<For reservations for seating only>
- Within 24 hours: ¥10,000 per person
- Within 48 hours: ¥5,000 per person

<For reservations of a course meal>
- Within 24 hours: 100% of the reservation fee
- Within 48 hours: 50% of the reservation fee
