▶ Please make all reservations, cancellations, and changes online.
　To change your reservation, please cancel your existing booking first, then make a new one.
　*As I run this business alone, I am unable to respond to inquiries by phone or email.

▶ If you are late for your reservation, your reservation will be cancelled.
　In this case, we will consider it a same-day cancellation and charge you a cancellation fee, so please be sure to arrive on time.

▶ We have six counter seats available, and each reservation is limited to one hour.
　We can only reserve seats for the number of people making reservations.
　If we want to reserve seats, we ask that even children order at least one serving of either soba or sobagaki per person.
　*If the number of menu items ordered does not match the number of guests, the reservation will be automatically canceled without confirmation and considered invalid.
　*If there are children who require seats, please include them in the number of people when making the reservation. (All seats at our restaurant are counter seats.)

▶ If you have any allergies, please let us know verbally as soon as you enter the restaurant and sit down.

[Regarding Our Buckwheat Flour]
We use buckwheat from Juu-go Farm for our sobagaki (buckwheat dumplings).
For our soba noodles, we blend buckwheat from Juu-go Farm with buckwheat sourced from other regions.
As buckwheat is an agricultural product, harvest yields can vary from year to year.
Additionally, based on the owner’s philosophy and intentions, we do not exclusively use buckwheat from Juu-go Farm for all products.

[Reservation Opening Schedule]
Reservations for the following month are made on the 15th of each month.
We will be open from 10:00 to 11:00. If you would like to enter the restaurant at 10:00 or 11:00, please make a reservation by 17:00 the day before.
If you would like to enter the restaurant between 12:00 and 16:00, you can make a reservation by 10:00 on the day.
*We are closed from July 1st to September 14th and January 1st to March 14th .

[Payment method]
Payment must be made in advance when making a reservation.
Additional charges on the day will be charged at the Cash only
*Credit card payments are not accepted.

[Cancellation]
If you cancel one day before the reservation date, we will charge you 100% of the reservation fee as a cancellation fee.
Refunds will not be given, so please check your schedule in advance before making a reservation.
