Starting April 16, 8go will transition to a course-focused dining style so that guests can enjoy a deeper culinary experience. Guests with seat-only reservations will still be able to enjoy a BAR-style experience centered around light snacks and drinks. Please note that the à la carte menu will be revised and will differ from the previous selection.

This signature course expresses 8go’s philosophy of “harmony and circulation” through each dish.
Beginning with seasonal appetizers that reflect the changing seasons, the course continues with a balanced progression of small plates featuring vegetables, seafood, and meat, for a total of 6–7 dishes.
Incorporating the latest research, culinary techniques, and innovative approaches from producers, each dish explores the full potential of its ingredients from multiple perspectives.
