About Reservations
▶Reservations are accepted online.
▶Reservations can be made until 6 PM the day before.
▶Reservations for drinks only are not accepted.
▶For reservations of 5 or more people, please order your course and menu in advance.

・Drinks only: 1 hour (reservations not accepted)

・When ordering food and dessert: 1 hour 30 minutes
・Drinks only: 1 hour

Information
▶Please inform us of any food allergies in advance.
▶We cannot guarantee specific seating.
▶For customers with children, please inform us of the number and age of the children. Please specify age and whether you will be using a stroller.

Reservation Changes
▶Please contact us by 6 PM the day before to change or cancel your reservation.
▶If you will be late for your reservation due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy
▶If we do not receive contact from you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation will be considered cancelled.
▶Cancellation Fees
・Until 6 PM the day before: 0%
・For cancellations from 6 PM the day before to the day of your reservation, or for no-shows without prior notice, the following cancellation fees will apply:
Lunch: ¥2,500/person
Cafe: ¥1,000/person
Afternoon Tea: ¥4,800/person
Dinner: 100% of the course price/person
