Charles Heidsieck Brut Réserve
This exquisite Champagne is made from a base wine blending Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier in equal parts, sourced from 60 carefully selected crus. It includes reserve wines aged an average of 10 years. Deep golden in color, it is matured in Gallo-Roman chalk cellars known as crayères, resulting in a refined and complex bouquet of aromas.
Only the finest rice and vinegar are selected from dozens of varieties to create the perfect shari, which is continually refined in pursuit of deeper, more delicate flavors. With each visit, savor the evolving harmony between seasonal neta and masterfully crafted shari, and immerse yourself in a moment of culinary excellence shaped by the chef’s skill and precision.
Brut Réserve
Made from a perfectly balanced blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier sourced from 60 crus, the base wine is enriched with reserve wines aged for an average of 10 years. A deep golden hue, this Champagne is matured in the ancient chalk cellars (crayères) dating back to the Gallo-Roman era, resulting in a refined and complex aromatic profile.
Rosé Réserve
A blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier, the base wine is complemented with reserve wines to deliver a gentle yet intricate bouquet. The addition of Pinot Noir red wine imparts layers of homemade strawberry jam and spiced gingerbread, creating a rich, multifaceted aroma.
