▼ Reservations
・ Reservations are required to use the BBQ area.

We recommend using our convenient online reservation system (changes can also be made there).
・ Reservations are filled on a first-come, first-served basis; once the limit is reached, booking closes.

▼ How to Use on the Day of Your Visit
・ On the day of use, please be sure to check in at the Uminomori Park Management Office.
　Check-in hours: 10:00–13:00

[Procedure after arrival]
・ Upon check-in, you’ll be given colored cones as markers for your designated area.
・ After check-in, please choose your own spot while being mindful of others. You may select any location within the BBQ area, but please refrain from reserving space by placing ropes or barriers, as this excludes other users.
・ Once you’ve chosen a spot, please ensure someone remains there—don’t leave equipment or belongings unattended.
・ By 16:00, please wash up, clean up, and return to the Management Office to return the cones and indicate that you’re finished. Since the washing area gets crowded during the final 30 minutes of usage, we ask that you tidy up early.

▼ Important Notes
・ The only place where fire is permitted in the park is the BBQ area.
・ Direct open-flame fires on the ground are strictly prohibited. Indoor-use portable stoves, commercial propane gas units, etc., cannot be used.
・ Please use safe equipment such as outdoor BBQ grills with legs or fire pits.
・ All trash must be taken home with you. (Only cooled ashes may be disposed of at designated areas.)
・ Pets are allowed; however, they must always be kept on a leash and under control.
・ Within the BBQ area, only tarps measuring up to 3m x 3m that don’t obstruct visibility may be used. (Camping tents, shelters, and umbrellas are generally prohibited throughout the entire park.)
・ After use, please thoroughly clean the area and restore it to its original condition. Do not leave any trash or ashes behind.
・ Delivery services are “generally prohibited” due to facility management reasons.
・ Bicycles, motorcycles, etc., are not allowed inside the BBQ area.
・ Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire park.
・ If staff deem your equipment or method of using fire to be hazardous, you may be asked to discontinue use.
・ For further details, please review the usage guidelines. Should you have any questions, feel free to inquire in advance.
