Ramen Kaiseki *Most popular Saga Beef Premium Motsunabe Course (7 dishes)
We source the finest fresh Wagyu beef offal from Fukuoka, where it originates, and season it with our homemade soy sauce-based broth and our chef's original spicy spices. Before serving, we grill the offal over an open flame to make it even more fragrant.
