*The restaurant is entirely non-smoking. Specific seating requests cannot be guaranteed.
*Special promotional plans and benefits are available exclusively through online reservations.
*For reservations of 5 guests or more, please contact us by telephone.
*Guests wishing to use dining vouchers are kindly asked to make reservations by telephone.
*Promotional offers and special benefits cannot be combined.
*As we serve a curated course menu, we kindly ask that you inform us of any food allergies or ingredients you are unable to consume.
*After confirming with all members of your party, please notify us no later than 3 days prior to your reservation date.
Requests made after this deadline cannot be accommodated.

Please also inform us if alcohol used in cooking or desserts is not permitted, or if you are pregnant and have restrictions regarding specific ingredients or raw foods.

If you have any dietary restrictions due to pregnancy or other reasons, please kindly inform us in advance.
Kindly let us know if you wish to avoid items such as raw foods, natural (unpasteurized) cheeses, alcohol used in cooking (fully cooked is acceptable), or caffeine (a small amount in chocolate is generally acceptable).

※Please note that we are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions declared on the day of your reservation.
If your dietary restrictions are extensive (※1), we may regrettably be unable to accept your reservation.
※1 “Extensive” refers to broad categories rather than specific ingredients, for example:

A wide range of vegetables or fruits

Should you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us at your earliest convenience.

For reservations of 1–4 guests:
Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the reservation time will incur a charge of 100% of the course price.

For reservations of 5 guests or more:
Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to the reservation time will incur a charge of 100% of the course price.

For cake reservations:
The 100% cancellation charge will apply within 72 hours (3 days) prior to the reservation time.
