*This form can be used to make reservations up to 3 months to 5 days in advance.
For reservations more than 3 months in advance or reservations made less than 5 days in advance, please contact us by phone.
*We do not accept reservations for balloons more than one month in advance.
Reservations can be made starting one month prior to your stay.
Please make your reservation at least 7 days prior to your stay.

*Room service reservations are only available to guests who have already made a reservation at Hotel Keihan Universal Tower. Your reservation status will be confirmed at the time of your application. Thank you for your understanding.

*Delivery will only be made when you are in your room. Please select the time you will be in your room for delivery.
*Delivery will be made within 30 minutes of your requested time. Please select the time you will be in your room.
*We do not allow items to be prepared in your room before your arrival. Thank you for your understanding.
*Cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.

<Cancellation Policy>
If you wish to cancel the anniversary option, please contact us 3 days in advance.
If you cancel after 2 days in advance, you will be charged 100% of the menu price.

You will receive an email from the payment system (JTB Book & Pay) in advance, so please make your payment in advance.

If you would like balloon decorations, please apply here.
*We do not accept reservations for balloons more than one month in advance.
Reservations begin one month prior to your stay. Reservations must be made at least seven days prior to your stay.

① Balloon decorations will be prepared in advance prior to check-in.

Please select an available time slot to reserve.

② Decorations are only available on the day of your stay (check-in).

③ Regarding payment, you will receive an email from the payment system (JTB Book & Pay) one week prior to your stay. Please make your payment at least five days prior.

Your reservation will be confirmed once your payment is confirmed.
(For example, if you check in on September 10th, the payment system email will be sent on September 3rd, and payment must be made by September 5th.)

Please note that your reservation will be canceled if payment cannot be confirmed.

④Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged in all cases starting seven days prior to your stay.

⑤ Balloon colors cannot be changed.

⑥ As we only have three rooms available per day, we cannot accept your reservation if your desired date is fully booked.

⑦ You can take the balloons home, but please bring your own as no bags will be provided.
Balloons remaining in your room after check-out will be disposed of on the same day. Thank you for your understanding.
