※About your reservation
We will collect your card information when you make a reservation, but “no charge will be made at that time.”
Please pay for food and beverages at the restaurant on the day of your visit.

We may contact you depending on the details of your reservation.
If we cannot confirm your reservation details, we may have to cancel your reservation.

※Regarding use (stay) time…
Meal time is expected to be 1 hour 45 minutes. The maximum stay is up to 2 hours after your reserved time.
Because usage time is limited, please be strictly punctual.
▶If we cannot reach you 30 minutes after your reservation time, or if you have not arrived 50 minutes past your reservation time, we will regrettably treat the reservation as canceled (and charge a cancellation fee). If you will be late, please be sure to contact us.

※About course meals and seating...
▶Please reserve one course per party.
▶We may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests, so please understand in advance.
▶For reservations of 7 or more guests, please contact the restaurant directly.

※About reservations made on behalf of others
For reservations made by a third party (including friends), please list the reservation name as the “name of the person who made the reservation.” Be sure to include the names of the guests who will attend in the remarks field.
Also, please ensure the guests are informed of the “reservation name” and “reservation ID.”

If a visitor causes trouble inside the restaurant, we may refuse future reservations for the person who made the booking, including reservations made by them in the future. Thank you for your understanding.


※About children’s use…
▶Children 12 and under are not permitted during dinner service.

▶Children (11 and under) may be accommodated at lunch or in private rooms only.
For children aged 6 and over, the same menu as adults must be ordered.
We do not offer children’s menus, à la carte, or individual-item children’s dishes.
We do not specifically provide children’s chairs, forks, or knives.
If you plan to bring a stroller, please indicate this in the special requests or consult us in advance.
