Chef Sakayama has devised a menu to coincide with the Hakozaki Shrine Hydrangea Festival, which will be held at the flower garden from June 1st. The course menu expresses the unique worldview of the fusion of Japanese gardens and French cuisine that can only be experienced at La Saison. A total of eight dishes including amuse bouche, appetizer, rice, fish, palate cleanser, meat, dessert, and petit fours.
