すでにご予約を戴いたご予約をお取消になる場合には、主催者は、ホテルからの請求があり次第、下記の通り
取消料をお支払い下さい。

（１）お申し込み日より開催日の180日前までの間にお取消しの場合 － ご宴会お見積金額の20％
（２）開催日の180日前から61日前までの間にお取消しの場合 － ご宴会お見積金額の30％
（３）開催日の30日前までの間にお取消しの場合 － ご宴会お見積金額の70％
（４）開催日の4日前までの間にお取消しの場合 － ご宴会お見積金額の90％
（５）開催日の3日前以降お取消しの場合 － ご宴会お見積金額の100％

尚、手配済等による費用が発生した場合には、主催者に対し、上記お取消料とは別途にその発生した費用を
請求させて戴きます。また、期日変更に関しましては変更料を戴く場合がございます。

【有料人数の確認 】
お料理等をご用意させて戴く人数（有料人数）の最終ご注文数は、ご宴会開催日３日前の正午までにホテルの
担当係員にご連絡下さい。その時までにご連絡がない場合には全て手配が完了致しておりますので、宴会等の
開催日に出席されたお客様の人数が有料人数より減少した場合でも有料人数分の料金を頂戴致します。
