White strawberries and fromage meet a delicate Chartreuse accent and an herbal aroma that evokes a winter forest, served alongside sweeping views of Hamarikyu Gardens and Tokyo’s skyline.
Topped with green chocolate shaped like forest leaves, the parfait unfolds into layers of fresh white strawberries, panna cotta, and fromage blanc mousse, accented throughout with herbs and berries for depth and contrast.
