▶ Regarding use of terrace seats:
Except for the Terrace Seat Plan, reservations for terrace seats cannot be accepted. Due to weather conditions and other factors, we may be unable to offer terrace seats; therefore, such reservations are not permitted. If you prefer a terrace seat, please make a reservation for an indoor seat and write “Request for terrace seat” in the comments section. When terrace seating becomes available, we will give priority to guests who have made such requests.
Please note that once seated at a terrace seat, moving to an indoor seat is not allowed. Kindly understand this in advance.

▶︎ If we do not receive contact from you within 15 minutes of your reserved arrival time, we may be unable to prepare a seat for you.
▶︎ Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the restaurant. Smoking areas are available on the 1st and 20th floors of Patina Osaka Hotel.
▶︎ Dress code: Smart casual.
Please refrain from wearing beach sandals or gym wear.
▶︎ Guests may not bring food for children, except for baby food. Additionally, we do not provide heating services for baby food, so please understand this in advance.
▶ Guests under the age of 20 may only stay until 22:00. The bar counter is accessible only to guests aged 20 and above at all times. Please note this in advance.
