▶For all reservations, we require a credit card details to secure the booking.
Please pay cash or a credit card on the day of your booking.

▶ Cancellation charges are as follows.
*Cancellations or any changes to the number of guests must be made by one day before the reservation, or we will charge 5,000yen per person as a cancellaion fee.
*For a table of 10 or more guests, we require 72hour notice for cancellation.
*Any bookings which fail to turn up without any prior notice, we will also charge 5,000yen per person as a cancellation fee.
*Your table would be automatically cancelled if you do not arrive within 15 minutes, and you risk losing your table incurring a cancellation fee.

▶We can't take a reservation on the same day of arriving in Niseko.

▶Please note that the sitting times are limited to 2 hours from the booking time.

▶Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request for seating.

▶Group bookings (13 or more people)
*For group reservation over 13 or more people, please contact the store directly. Please email us at : wagyukakuniseko@mbr.nifty.com
*Group over 13 people are required to order the dinner set menu in advance. A la carte menu is not available . (Children can order the kids menu)
*We can only accept the booking time at either 17:30pm(2hrs), 20:30pm or 21:00pm.
*Please note that we cannot take the group booking during the special dates such as Christmas (Dec 24th & 25th)/ New Year periods (Dec 31st & Jan 1st).

▶Important Note: Our cancellation policy is applied strictly and uniformly, regardless of the reason for cancellation or reduction in the number of guests. This includes situations such as illness, weather conditions, or personal emergencies. By confirming your reservation, you agree to these terms.
