Bistecca
Bistecca is a beef steak that originated in Italy.
The name "bistecca" is said to have originated from a festival held in front of the Church of San Lorenzo in Florence around the 15th century, where a large chunk of beef, the original bistecca, was served.

The appeal of the fillet is its smooth, tender flavor. It is the best cut of beef in the history of beef.

Of all the parts of the cow, it requires the least amount of exercise, resulting in finely textured meat.
This cut, also known as the queen of meats, allows you to fully savor the deliciousness of its lean meat.
