If "Counter" is unavailable, it means there are no open seats at the counter. (Please note that "Semi-Private" refers to a table, not a counter seat.)
2. Late Arrival: If we are unable to reach you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, it may be considered a cancellation. Please inform us in advance if you anticipate arriving late.
