[Lunch] Special dashi ochazuke set meal (Extreme)
Grilled Wagyu beef shabu-shabu and Tomariki's special luxurious dashi ochazuke set meal [Kiwame]

In response to many customer requests, we will start offering lunch from January 14, 2025. The meal is centered around Tomarigi's special dashi soup stock, and includes Niigata Prefecture Koshihikari rice (with rice bowl), Tomarigi's special dashi soup stock, three types of condiments, seasonal warm vegetables, a bite-sized chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), a small oden, a bento box of nine carefully selected side dishes, A4 Wagyu beef rib roast, A4 Wagyu beef sirloin, and seasonal fruit, all in a casual course. Please enjoy the luxurious marriage of Tomarigi's special dashi soup stock with A4 marbled Wagyu beef and carefully prepared side dishes.
