【What is a Fastpass?】
A Fastpass allows you to enter the restaurant quickly, even if there is a waiting line.
*This is not a seat reservation, but a ticket that puts you at the front of the line. Tickets can be purchased up to 7 days in advance.
Tickets can also be purchased on the day if they are available.
Waiting times may occur during busy periods or depending on the number of customers dining before you.
*Reservations are not required.
We will continue to accommodate customers lining up on the day.
Reservation Rules
●Up to four people can be accommodated per purchase.
●Please include children in your reservation.
●If you are late for your designated time, you may not be able to be seated first.
●Please come together as a group, rather than waiting for a representative.
●Please be sure to purchase enough tickets for everyone in your group. </b></red>
Changing the Date, Time, or Number of Guests for a FastPass
We cannot accept changes to the number of guests or date and time after purchase, regardless of the reason. Please be sure to confirm before confirming your purchase.
If you need to change the date, time, or number of guests, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you cancel your reservation and
purchase again.
In this case, we will not offer refunds.
