■ Regarding Children
For children aged 3 and under, ordering a course is optional, but please note that we cannot provide seating without an order.

For children aged 4-12, ordering a course is mandatory. (Kids' course available)

■ For order changes/cancellations, please use the URL provided in your reservation confirmation email.

* We do not accept changes or cancellations by phone or through inquiries.

■ If strong winds on the day of your reservation make it unsafe to set up the tent, we may remove it.

■ Cancellations made after the deadline will incur a cancellation fee regardless of the reason.
