We use selected lamb meat sent from Hokkaido every day to serve you the freshest lamb, low in fat and said to be helpful to preserve your beauty too. The meat is sliced thin, in true shabu-shabu style. Our ramen, very nutritious with the great flavor of lamb, is another of our specialties.
