▶Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating requests.
▶If children are accompanying you, please make your reservation including the number of people with children.
*Please enter the number of children (12 years old, elementary school age) under "Children" and children (12 years old, junior high school age) under "Adults."
▶Please enter the age of your child, whether you require a high chair, and whether you will be bringing a stroller in the request field.

▶For pre-paid plans, please note that refunds will not be given even if you cancel after the reservation (payment) is completed.

▶Please note that pre-paid plans cannot be combined with other discounts.

[Regarding BBQ Terrace Ablaze]
▶In case of severe weather such as strong winds, or if the probability of rain is 80% or higher at 3:00 PM the day before, we will suspend operations.
▶If operations are suspended, we will contact those who have made reservations. We will also contact you if it is difficult to operate even if the probability is less than 80%.

▶Depending on the weather and circumstances, we may change the operating hours and dates.

【Cancellation Policy】
For regular reservations, 100% of the fee will be charged if no contact is made on the day of the reservation.

Furthermore, if you are 30 minutes late for your reservation without prior notice, your reservation may be automatically cancelled.

For reservations made with a pre-payment plan, 100% of the fee will be charged from the time of reservation completion.
