As an exception, the cancellation fee will be waived only if you are physically unable to come to the store due to a typhoon, earthquake, or other reason that causes transportation to stop, and you present a certificate (such as a proof of transportation delay).

This is just a two-month course that incorporates Kobako crab into the traditional "Omakase" course. Kobako crab (Seiko crab) is caught in limited fishing grounds in the Sea of Japan between November and December. It is also highly valued among foodies. . A seasonal female snow crab with plenty of Uchiko, Sotoko, and crab miso mixed together in its full glory.
