▶Weather Information
If we determine that the event is difficult to operate due to natural disasters or inclement weather, we may cancel the event.
① Cancellation
We will contact you by text message at the mobile phone number you registered at the time of booking by 10:00 AM on the day of your reservation for lunch, and by 3:00 PM on the day of your reservation for dinner. We will not contact you by phone except in emergency situations.
② Cancellations Due to Our Circumstances
No cancellation fees will be charged.
③ Bad Weather During Business Hours
If we determine that we cannot ensure the safety and security of our guests, we may shorten our business hours. Please note that no refunds will be given in such cases.
