Notice regarding changes to restaurant business hours
◆ For the time being, dinner reservations must be made by 18:00 the day prior.
▶ Please note that special seating requests may not always be accommodated.
▶ In case of same-day cancellations or changes in the number of guests, the full cost of the reserved course/plan per person will be charged.
▶ If no contact is received within 30 minutes past the reserved time, the reservation will be treated as canceled.
▶ During peak times, a 2-hour limit on stays may be enforced.
▶ If booking with children, please inform us of their ages.
▶ Children under school age may only be seated in private rooms or in the hall area on weekends during daytime.
▶ TOKYO KAIKAN CLUB members must present their membership card prior to payment; points cannot be awarded retroactively after payment.
▶ Per credit card industry regulations, signature-based authentication for IC credit card transactions will be discontinued starting April 2025. Henceforth, entering a PIN will be required at the time of use. Please ensure you’re familiar with this procedure in advance.

Those wishing to include a message on the dessert may choose from the following four options (free of charge):

※ “Happy Wedding Anniversary” plates are provided in sets of two.
※ From December 19 (Sat) to December 25 (Fri) and from January 2 (Sat) to January 5 (Tue), dessert message plates will not be available.
