【EVENT】 Tokyo Crossover Week 2026 at SESSiON (9/20)
‘Tokyo Crossover Week 2026 – An event in Tokyo that music fans worldwide will envy’ is set to be held at Hamacho SESSiON!

Shuya Okino, well-known from interfm’s “Tokyo Crossover Radio,” will once again host Tokyo Crossover Week, an event derived from the Tokyo Crossover/Jazz Festival. With the concept of “venues and lineups envied by the world,” it aims to showcase Tokyo’s appeal. Throughout the week, Shuya Okino will perform nightly at various popular Sound Bars, Music Bars, nightclubs, hostels, and galleries across Tokyo, accompanied by guest artists.

At SESSiON, pianist Yusuke Hirado will join as a guest for a special live performance!

＜沖野修也 (KYOTO JAZZ MASSIVE/KYOTO JAZZ SEXTET) ＞
音楽プロデューサー/DJ/選曲家/作曲家/執筆家/ラジオDJ/The Roomオーナー。2000年にKYOTO JAZZ MASSIVE名義でリリースした「ECLIPSE」は、英国国営放送BBCラジオZUBBチャートで3週連続1位を獲得。これまでDJ/アーティストとして世界40ヶ国140都市に招聘されただけでなく、CNNやBILLBOARD等でも取り上げられた本当の意味で世界標準をクリアできる数少ない日本人音楽家の一人。2015年にKYOTO JAZZ SEXTETを始動し、名門ブルー・ノートからの『MISSION』をはじめ数々の作品を発表。2022年からは、KYOTO JAZZ MASSIVE with Echoes Of A New Dawn Orchestra名義で、バンドとしてヨーロッパ・ツアーを毎年敢行している。2024年、KYOTO JAZZ MASSIVEデビュー30周年記念EP『KJM EOANDO』をリリース。収録曲’Impulisive Processionが、iTunes Dance album chart No.1、Traxsource Broken Beat/Nu-Jazz chartでNo.1を獲得した。著書に、『DJ 選曲術』や『クラブ・ジャズ入門』、自伝『職業、DJ、25年』等がある。現在、InterFM『Tokyo Crossover Radio』で番組ナビゲーターを担当(毎週金曜22時)。USEN “沖野修也 presents Music in The Room”(I-12 ch) を監修している。
