・This venue operates on a prepayment basis. Seating will be assigned after payment.
・Reservations are accepted from 60 days up to 2 days before the date of use, until 17:00 on that second day.
(If you wish to book more than 60 days in advance, please call us.)
・Course reservations require a minimum of 4 guests, and all guests must order the same course (except for the KIDS plan).
・Due to weather or other circumstances, we may assign a different seating area than requested.
・Please note that your seating time begins at the reserved time. It does not begin after payment.
・If we cannot reach you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, we may have to cancel your booking. If you will be late, please contact us.
・All seating is non-smoking.
・For hygiene reasons, bringing your own food or drinks is prohibited.
※In severe weather or strong winds, we may cancel operations even on the day.
※On the day, please check in at Crystal View B1F inside Kasai Rinkai Park (this is not the BBQ field).
