Our restaurant only offers a chef's choice course, and the contents of the menu, such as appetizers, nigiri sushi, and sushi rolls, change depending on the day's purchases and the condition of the toppings.
We have a large selection of drinks, mainly around 35 types of sake from Tokyo, Tohoku, and Mie prefectures.
We can also suggest recommendations depending on the content of the meal, please choose from dry, medium, and umakuchi.
Of course, we also have other drinks besides Japanese sake, so please ask the staff.
