Booking policy

・ Online reservations are available for the tasting menu only. Dinner reservations are offered at 5:00 PM or 7:30 PM, and the maximum dining time is 2 hours.

・ Menus change according to season and ingredient availability. Items shown on the website may not be available at the time of your visit.

・ Families with children are welcome. A children’s menu is available for guests aged 12 and under. Guests aged 13 and older should order from the tasting menu. High chairs are available upon request but are limited in number.

・Due to the nature of our menu, please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We may be unable to accommodate requests made without prior notice.

・ Our menu is crafted using meat-based stocks and dairy throughout; therefore, vegan and vegetarian accommodations are not available

・ A corkage fee of ¥8,000 per 750 ml bottle will be charged for wine brought from outside. For external cakes or desserts, a plating fee of ¥1,000 per person applies. A maximum of two bottles per table is allowed. Please refrain from bringing other types of alcoholic beverages.

RESERVATION TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

・For course menu reservations, cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the reservation time will incur a charge of 50% of the total fee, and within 24 hours, 100% of the total fee. For parties of six or more, cancellations made less than one week in advance will incur a charge of 100%. For groups of ten or more and private events, cancellations made less than one month in advance will incur a charge of 100%, while cancellations made within two months will incur a charge of 50%.

For à la carte reservations, cancellations within 48 hours will incur a charge of ¥5,000 per person and within 24 hours, ¥10,000 per person for parties of one to five. For parties of six to nine, cancellations made less than one week in advance will incur a charge of ¥10,000 per person. For parties of ten or more, cancellations made less than two months in advance will incur a charge of ¥10,000 per person.

・If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. Please arrive on time. Late arrival may result in a reduced dining time.

・ All online reservations require a credit card on file. Same-day reservations should be made by 16:00 PM . For reservations after that time, please contact us via our website, social media, or email (yui@eatme.co.jp).

・ We will do our best to accommodate seating requests, but they cannot be guaranteed. Specific seat assignments are not accepted.

・ For changes or additional requests, please contact us at least 3 days before your reservation. We cannot accommodate last-minute changes.
