Chef Guillaume Bracaval crafts contemporary French cuisine at Michelin-starred est, which is known for its eco-conscious approach to fine dining. By sourcing 95% of ingredients locally, our team supports independent farmers, fishermen and foragers across Japan.

Cancellation charges
The following cancellation charges apply. (Please note that different rules apply for groups of 5 or more people, or for special events including Christmas.)
Please call us in case of cancellation from 3 days prior to the reserved date to the day of the reservation.
100% on the day
100% one day before and 2 days prior to the day of the event
50% 3 days prior to the day of the event

For reservations during the festive period (24-25 December and 31 December-1 January), the following cancellation policy applies. We appreciate your understanding.
100% from 7 days prior to the reservation date onwards
50% from 14 days prior to the reservation date

A credit card is required for all reservations.
