There are two main types of reservations:

■ Entry only to each facility and shop area

■ Show viewing (show fee, greeting photo, one drink) + entry to the facility and shop area

Plan details and prices vary depending on the season, so please check each reservation page.


📅 Reservation process (Reservations open one month in advance)

① Select date, time, and number of people

② Select either the lunch performance (11:00-12:00) or the cafe performance (14:00/15:30)

③ Select the plan for the number of people

* Children under 3 years old are free. Please only enter the number of children.

* If you wish to have a meal, you can order it on the day.（Additional charge）

* If you require wheelchair access, please indicate this in the remarks section when making your reservation.

* For greetings, customers will need to move to the stage themselves (there are steps).

💺 Seat selection is not possible.

* For groups of 10 or more, please make your reservation by phone (☎0799-70-9022).
* Various discount coupons cannot be applied to online reservations (they may be usable for meals separately; please check the coupon).

📌 Important Notes Regarding Reservations 📌
Please be sure to read this. By purchasing, you agree to the following:

* To cancel your reservation, please contact us by phone (☎0799-70-9022). Free cancellation until 5 PM the day before / 100% charge thereafter.

* For dinner performances, cancellation is free until 5 PM on Thursday, three days prior. 100% charge thereafter.

* If you do not enter and take your seat by the final entry time for each performance, it will be treated as a cancellation due to customer circumstances, and no refund will be given.

* Entry after the final entry time or participation in greetings only is not permitted.

* Please note that no refunds will be given if the performance takes place, even in the event of natural disasters or related transportation problems.

・In case of bad weather or strong winds, Apple House may close off access to the observation deck area for safety reasons. No refunds or partial refunds will be given in such cases.

· The restaurant area is set to a low temperature throughout the year, partly because it is close to the stage where shows are performed. Individual seats cannot adjust the air conditioning, so even in summer, please be sure to bring something you can wear to adjust your comfort.

· Because musical instruments are used, there will be loud sounds and strong monitor lights. Depending on your seat, you may not be able to move. If you are concerned, please notify us by the day before.

· For greeting photos, we will use the customer's smartphone or camera. Please make sure to prepare things like charging in advance yourself.
