General Rule:
- Kindly advise upon booking of any dietary requirements; our High Tea can be modified to be vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten free, dairy, vegan or suitable for pregnancy. We do not offer nut-free High Teas; our A La Carte menu can be offered as an alternative to guests with these dietary restrictions.

- Please advise upon booking if you wish to bring additional decorations for a special occasion; only small discreet decorations that can fit on the table (like a centerpiece or flowers) are allowed.

- If you wish to bring in your own cake for a celebration, a fee of $7pp will occur for storing, cutting and serving purposes; our in-house-pastry team can also craft cakes upon request, please contact us at lobbylounge.wellington@ihg.com for more information.

- A 10% surcharge applies on public holidays in the Lobby Lounge.

- Please note split payments will not be accepted for High Tea Groups of 10 or more.

- Prices and menu offerings are subject to change - different menus will be offered over festival days, including (but not limited to) Wellington on a Plate, the World of Wearable Art Show, and Christmas Holidays.
