Our reservations are specially reserved for customers who wish to enjoy their meal without waiting in line.
As we have often had to wait in line for 2-3 hours, we have imposed a reservation limit to ensure peace of mind for customers from far away.
Therefore, we require a non-refundable reservation fee of 500 yen per person when making a reservation.
Please understand that this fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether you visit the restaurant or not.
Reservation Rules
●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating request.
●If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, your reservation may be canceled. Please make sure to arrive on time.
●There will be no extension of time even if you are late.
●Please include children in the number of people in your reservation.
●Reservation changes cannot be made over the phone.
About Reservation Fees
We cannot accept changes to the number of people or date and time after a reservation has been made, regardless of the reason. Please be sure to check before confirming your purchase.
If you need to change the date, time, or number of people, we apologize, but please cancel your reservation and repurchase.
Refunds will not be available in this case.
