Join us for a special one-night-only event featuring Shogo Nakajima, the highly skilled Head Bartender of Bar “Full Brix” in Yokohama, who has showcased his talent through numerous guest shifts at distinguished bars both in Japan and abroad.

On this evening, enjoy three original cocktails specially created by Shogo Nakajima for this occasion—an exclusive collaboration available only at Bar 86 for one night only.

Drinks

■ Tree for Seven
Created במיוחד for this occasion, this cocktail is inspired by Kimpton Shinjuku Tokyo’s address #3-4-7.
A harmonious blend crafted from seven “trees”: grape, apple, chestnut, cherry, wormwood, mastiha, and lime.

■ Re-birth Tequni
As a child, I couldn’t even flash a peace sign at the camera—perhaps it’s tequila that helped me come out of my shell.
A cocktail dedicated to those ready to break free and discover a new version of themselves.

■ CHIMO
Sake is washed with sweet red bean paste, evoking memories of ohagi lovingly made by my grandmother.
The name “CHIMO” is inspired by Shogo Nakajima’s grandmother.

■ Edodes! Maguey!
A mezcal-based Negroni with shiitake mushrooms.
The playful name echoes a phrase reminiscent of “Edo-style topknot,” while referencing Edodes (the scientific name for shiitake) and Maguey (the agave used to make mezcal).
The shiitake is simmered in smoky Chinese tea, Lapsang Souchong, adding depth and aroma.

Guests may choose any three cocktails from a selection of four original creations specially prepared for this occasion.
