~A Feast of Chinese Cuisine and Sake Curated by Hata, a Sake Diplomat~

As a culmination of our limited-time courses centered around the theme “Nature and Fermentation,” we are hosting a special pairing dinner featuring Chinese cuisine and sake.
Hata, who holds a Sake Diploma, has handpicked a selection of premium Kansai-made sakes exclusively for this occasion. Items such as SAKE HUNDRED, Kokuryu, and Jikon will also be available.
Using the intricacies of fermentation as a common thread, this event promises a unique gastronomic experience where the delicate flavors of Chinese cuisine meet the rich diversity of sake.
