The daytime session requires reservations. An optional drink is included for the evening session.

※ Daytime sessions are closed if no reservations are made; also closed every Thursday (except holidays and Obon period).
Evening: 18:00–22:00
※ On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays in March, September, and October, opening time is 17:00.
※ On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays in November and December, opening time is 16:30.

Cancellation policy: 100% charge on the day of visit (except in cases where operations are suspended due to bad weather); free of charge if canceled the day before.
For groups of 9 or more people, please make separate reservations; indicate that they’re part of the same group in the request notes.

Please read the precautions carefully before making a reservation.
✅ Individuals unable to climb stairs independently may not use this facility. (There are 120 steps to ascend and descend.)
✅ Entry is permitted only to elementary school-aged children and above. (Elementary and middle school students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.)
✅ For safety reasons, carrying children on shoulders or holding them in arms is prohibited. (Infants and toddlers are not allowed.)

✅ Operations may be suspended without notice due to weather conditions. (As there is no roof, the facility closes during rain or inclement weather.)
Please provide a phone number that can be easily reached on the day of your visit.
✅ In case of sudden weather changes or emergencies, please follow staff instructions. Additionally, entry may be denied if staff deem it unsafe.

✅ Umbrellas and sunshades are not permitted. Items easily blown away by wind (umbrellas, hats, scarves, etc.) must be stored in lockers. (Coin-operated lockers requiring a 100-yen deposit are available.)
✅ The hotel accepts no responsibility for any damage caused by wind-related scattering or falling of personal items.

✅ Smoking, dangerous behavior, and bringing hazardous items are strictly prohibited.
✅ For safety reasons, access to areas other than the observation deck is strictly forbidden. Failure to comply with staff instructions may result in being asked to leave.
