We would like to inform you of our business hours for April.

★Reservations are currently open until May 3rd. Reservations for May will open at the end of April.

Reservations are accepted from one month in advance.

Sun & Public Holidays: 11:00-18:00 (Last Order 17:00)

[For Takeout Orders]

Takeout orders are accepted up to 3 hours before the desired pick-up time.

If you are in a hurry, please contact the store directly by phone.
*Please note that depending on the store's congestion, we may not be able to prepare your order at your desired time.
If you are purchasing multiple identical items for takeout, please select the desired quantity in the reservation number field.

Example: For an order of 3 items → 3 adults

★Regarding Reservations★

Reservations from noon to evening are accepted in one time slot.
When making a reservation, please select your desired time slot.

【Weekdays - Wednesdays】

Slot 1: 12:00-13:30
Slot 2: 13:45-15:15
Slot 3: 15:30-17:00

【Weekends】

*Only one reservation slot is available on weekends.

Weekdays: 12:00-21:00
*Course meals are only available for start times between 17:00 and 19:00.

Weekends: 12:00-20:00
*Course meals are only available for start times between 17:00 and 18:30.

*Reservations for the Hatsumi (First) Course and Ne (Sound) Course must be made 2 days in advance. Reservations for the An (Honor) Course must be made 1 week in advance.

●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating requests.

●If we are unable to contact you 30 minutes after your reservation time, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. Please contact us if you will be late.

●During busy periods, seat-only reservations are limited to 1 hour.

★Cancellation Policy★

●To cancel, please process the cancellation directly through TableCheck.
*For course meals and reservations requiring advance payment, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged the day before the reservation date, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged on the day of the reservation.
