This is a reservation page exclusively for those who wish to experience making nigiri sushi.
If you would only like to dine in, please contact the store directly.

●If we are unable to contact you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
●We accept reservations for groups of 2 to 8 people.
For reservations for groups of 9 or more, please contact the store directly.
●Children must be 12 years of age or older.
●Lab coats and hats will be provided for the experience. Please select the size appropriate for the number of people in your party from the menu.
●Name tags will be distributed, so please write the names (nicknames) of each participant in the question section.

<For International Customers>
●We do not have staff who can communicate fluently in foreign languages.
We have English materials and translation devices such as Pocketalk available for guidance.
*If possible, we ask that you bring an interpreter with you.

<Cancellation Policy>
● For cancellations or changes, the following cancellation fees will be charged, calculated from the time of arrival:
・24 hours in advance (on the day): 100% of the reservation fee
・48 hours in advance (the day before): 50% of the reservation fee
・168 hours in advance (7 days in advance): 30% of the reservation fee

● Please call the store if you will be late.
● Delays of 30 minutes or more may be canceled.
● If you are more than 30 minutes late from the start time without permission, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
