- Regarding Reservations -
● Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests regarding seat assignments.
● For reservations involving 1 person, 5 or more people, or private rooms, please contact the restaurant directly.
● Depending on the level of crowding on the day of your visit, seating may be limited to 2 hours and 30 minutes.
● In order to provide satisfactory service, we can only accept guests who are able to communicate with our staff in Japanese. We sincerely apologize, but if you have difficulty communicating in Japanese, please refrain from making a reservation. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding this matter.

[Cancellation Policy (Changes/Cancellations to Reservations)]
We source only the freshest seasonal ingredients directly from producers across Japan, and we begin procurement and preparation days in advance based on customer reservations.
Therefore, for any changes or cancellations to reservations, we regretfully charge cancellation fees as follows:

Cancellation Policy:
Up to 3 days prior to reservation: No fee
Cancellation 2 days prior: 50% of the course price
Cancellation 1 day prior: 80% of the course price
Cancellation on the day or reduction in guest count: 100% of the course price
No-show (without notice): 100% of the course price

・Important Notes
Regarding changes in guest count:
Even if there is a change in the number of guests, any reduction in headcount on the day before or on the day of the reservation will incur the same cancellation fees mentioned above. Please inform us as early as possible.

・Natural disasters, bad weather, or force majeure:
In cases where circumstances beyond our control—such as natural disasters or disruptions to public transportation—prevent attendance, we will handle the situation flexibly. Please be sure to contact us by phone in such cases.

- Store Rules -
● If you expect to arrive significantly later than your reserved time, please be sure to inform us.
● We strive to provide an environment and experience that meets our guests’ expectations. Given that our restaurant is relatively small, we may politely ask noisy guests to keep their volume down.
● There is a fee of 3,500 yen (plus tax) for bringing in cakes, and 5,000 yen (plus tax) for bringing in drinks.
● Please refrain from wearing perfumes or other items with strong scents.
● Separate billing for groups of two or more people at checkout cannot be accommodated.
● Guests wearing clothing that might reveal large tattoos, or wearing beach sandals, etc., are asked to refrain from entering.
