▶Only dogs that have been vaccinated against rabies and viral infectious diseases (with a 5- or more combination vaccine) within the past year are permitted to use this facility.
▶Please keep your dog on a leash while inside the facility.
▶Please refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers and their dogs.
▶As some guests do not bring their own dogs, only pets that are kept indoors, minimally trained, and do not disturb other guests by barking, jumping, or destroying the facility are permitted.

▶Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating request.
▶If we are unable to contact you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are running late.

●Cancellation Policy
Please note that if you cancel your restaurant reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged as detailed below.
・No-show without notice: 100% of the reservation fee
・Cancellation on the day: 100% of the reservation fee
・Cancellation the day before: 50% of the reservation fee
However, in the case of special arrangements such as individual consultations, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged from 7 days prior.
In addition, the following cancellation policy applies to those who only reserve a table.

・Cancellation without notice or on the day: 2,000 yen
・Cancellation the day before: 1,000 yen
[Dinner]
・Cancellation without notice or on the day: 5,000 yen
・Cancellation the day before: 2,500 yen
