Cancellations or changes in guest count made 3 days prior to the reservation will incur a 50% charge; cancellations or changes made 2 days or less prior to the reservation will incur a 100% charge. Please note this in advance.

Directions for pool access and wristband collection
Guests staying at Ocean Wing or Coral Wing must collect a blue wristband at Sun Coast Café on the morning of their reservation date.
Guests staying at Bay Wing or Club Building must collect a white wristband at SALTIDA on the morning of their reservation date.
Please note that pool access is only permitted on the day of your BBQ reservation.
