[Hokanji Temple × AKAGANE] Lunch with special tour inside the five-story pagoda (with temple seal)
Hokanji Temple (five-story pagoda) is said to be the oldest five-story pagoda in Japan, built by Prince Shotoku, and has been a symbol of the elegant scenery of Higashiyama, Kyoto since ancient times.

After a lecture on Hokanji Temple from the deputy chief priest, you can actually step inside the pagoda and take in the strength of the Buddhist statues, murals, and wooden pillars that have remained for many years.

You will also receive a goshuin stamp unique to Hokanji Temple, depicting the symbolic five-story pagoda.

After the tour, enjoy lunch at Akagane Resort, which still retains the appearance of Taisho-era architecture.
