**[Reservations for Saturday, October 24]**
Since October 24 (Sat.) is the date of “MASHUP FESTIVAL KOBE,” our operations will be on a special schedule different from regular days.
The 1st-floor BBQ area will offer an event-exclusive plan:
“MASHUP FESTIVAL Admission Ticket + EN³ Value Plan” at 15,300 yen (tax included) per person.
Please note that on that day, there will be music, event sounds, and crowds—conditions different from regular business days. Please make your reservation with this in mind.

**[Regular Closing Days]**
Regular closing days: Every Monday, starting in August.
*On Mondays that are holidays, or when there are arena events or other events scheduled, we may remain open.

▶ We accept cashless payments only.
▶ Even if you opt for the “no-equipment-needed” plan, you may bring additional food and drinks at no extra charge.
▶ It is not permitted to mix “no-equipment-needed” and “bring-your-own-equipment” plans within the same group.
▶ For the “no-equipment-needed” plan, all members of the group must select the same plan.
▶ If your preferred arrival time isn’t listed, please specify it in the remarks section.
*Regardless of arrival time, the end time must be strictly observed; extensions are not allowed.

▶ Operating hours and offerings may change.
▶ BBQ guests will be seated either on the 1st floor (covered area) or 2nd floor (outdoor area); seat selection is not possible. Tables will be arranged according to group size.
▶ Please order one plan per guest.
▶ Children under school age may attend free of charge, but they do not count toward seating or equipment needs. If you require a seat for them, please select “meal order” or “reserve child’s seat.”
▶ Guests planning to BBQ should select “BBQ.”
▶ Those interested in party packages or private rentals should select “2nd-floor indoor private venue.”

**[Cancellation Policy]**
・2 days prior to the date: 50% charge
・Day of the event: 100% charge
*Cancellation fees apply even if the number of guests decreases.

**[Prohibited Activities]**
・Smoking in seating areas
・Bringing pets (allowed only if placed in a stroller)
・Actions disruptive to other guests
・Alcohol consumption by minors or designated drivers
・Use of stoves, generators, gasoline, or kerosene
