Reservations
● Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance. Same-day reservations are also possible.
● Refunds due to customer circumstances after a reservation has been made cannot be issued, so please note this in advance.

Important Notes
● For each session, the allowed time is “30 minutes on weekdays and 1 hour on weekends/holidays, including entry and exit.” Even if you’re late, extensions cannot be granted.
● Our shop operates on a strict rotation basis. Guests will be ushered in starting 5 minutes prior to their scheduled time. There is no waiting area; guests must line up outside before entering. Exit must occur 5 minutes before the scheduled end time.
● On certain days, depending on the Samoyeds’ circumstances, they may not be present at the shop or there may be fewer of them. Please kindly understand this.
