● Online reservations can be made up until 20:00 two days prior to your desired date.
● Reservations can be made up to 3 months in advance.
● Since the entire premises are covered with tatami mats, we ask guests to refrain from coming barefoot. Please wear stockings or socks.
● If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, your reservation may be automatically canceled.
● We may contact you by phone or email regarding your reservation.
● As your reservation date approaches, we will call to confirm details. If we’re unable to reach you, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation.
● Bringing outside food or drinks is not permitted (except for baby food).
● For hygiene reasons, it is not allowed to take any food or drinks provided by our restaurant home with you.
(This also applies to unused portions or food left uneaten on the day.)
