Room service is available for orders of ¥5,000 or more placed through the Deli & Café mobile ordering system.
Your order will be delivered directly to your guest room.
Room service orders are accepted through mobile ordering only.
Payment is charged to your room only.
Room service hours: 18:00 – 21:00

■ Regarding Pick-up Time Reservations
Even if you select a preferred time, there may be a wait of approximately 10–15 minutes depending on store congestion.

■ Estimated Preparation Time
・5 or more items: approximately 20 minutes
・10 or more items: approximately 30 minutes
Preparation time may vary depending on order details and store conditions.
